Junior Bachchan’s twitter account was hacked by a Turkish hacker named, Ayyildiz Tim on Wednesday. The hacker is known to be pro-pakistani. The news broke after some unusual changes in the twitter profile of Abhishek Bachchan. The blue tick beside the name, which is a mark of verification used to verify the original account of a person, had disappeared. The hacker also changed the cover photo to a missile which had “Ayyildiz Tim” written with a chalk. The hacker also posted many tweets in Turkish.

Abhishek Bachchan is the new name in the series of celebs whose twitter account had been hacked recently which includes the Anupam Kher, Rajya Sabha MP Swapan Dasgupta, RSS leader and Ram Madhav, whose accounts were hacked on Tuesday, among other accounts belonging to Indians. The hacker has targeted Indian eminent personalities and has been posting pro-pakistani tweets on their handles. This group had hacked into accounts of US President Trump’s supporters a month ago.

Twitter reassured the victims in an official post in which they said they were working to resolve this problem and will notify the affected users directly. Twitter also advised its users to not open any link sent by an unknown user which was later reiterated by Anupam Kher on his handle.
