Summer Sesame Paneer Tikka


800 g cottage cheese, 25 g ginger-garlic paste, 1 tsp yellow chilli powder, 200 ml, 75 g paneer, 1 gram fennel, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 2 tsp roasted besan, salt to taste, 2 tsp sesame seeds, 1 tsp small cardamom powder, 4/4 tsp javitri powder


Cut one-and-a-half inch pieces of cottage cheese. Add salt, yellow chilli powder and ginger-garlic paste to these pieces and keep for 45 minutes. Excess water will come out of it. Now take a big bowl. Add paneer to it. Touch by hand. Add roasted gram powder, besan, cumin seeds, coriander powder, salt and javitri powder. Mix the soaked fennel in wet water. Now add cream to it. Add pieces of cottage cheese to the mixture and keep it for a day to marinate or if you want it early keep for at 4-5 hours. Cook the pieces in tandoor for 15-20 minutes. Serve with mint chutney.
