Indore: As the black truth of the business of selling plots on diaries unfolds, it shows that diaries have started on the outskirts of the entire city that if the administration tightens the grip on small fish in the pond, brokers, many white-collar wealthy honest people in the city will be exposed. Earlier also, on the basis of a diary received from a broker, Sanjay Dasoud had conducted a major raid and exposed theft worth crores of rupees. Now only diaries have reached the administration. Now, according to the land traders, have started reaching.

The same Income Tax Department is now being added to the case. Based on more than 10 maps, 30 per cent of plots have been made on booking diaries. Most of the diaries have functioned from readymade complexes. Only two persons have sold 10 lakh feet of goods. Sanjay Malani and Umesh Demla have become millionaires. Only a broker selling goods on diaries has been clamped down on the name of the city's top businessman. Demla and Sanjay Malani have sold 10 lakh fit goods of five colonies of BCM Heights on diaries. In addition, Nilesh Malpani has not only sold 4 lakh feet of goods between Bada Bangada and Bijalpur but also 8 lakh feet of Mahendra Agarwal and Ashok Keran.

In the same city, diaries have also been sold in small projects at the cost of Rs. 3500, while in major projects, diaries are running between Rs.1500 and Rs. 2000. Suresh Thakur, Dilip Sen and Jindal have also sold one lakh feet of goods each on diaries. Anand Lakhotia of the textile market has sold 15 lakh feet of goods in 30 colonies. It has a lot of diaries running on the bypass and super corridor. Apart from all this, Rau currently has the highest number of diaries. Two big brokers of two Sindhi communities have sold 20 lakh sqft of goods of plots in the range of Rs 2,000 sq ft. It may be recalled that after the audit received from Kamal Goel, who worked on diaries, from here, Sanjay Dasoud was given a big red by the Income Tax Department. Nowadays, diaries are operating in 20 colonies between Aurobindo and Dharampuri on Ujjain Road. Apart from Sanjay Malani and Umesh Demla, Anand Lakhoutia is the third businessman among the big businessmen of diaries but the administration has not yet joined hands. On the other hand, sources in the administration are saying that after an enquiry in the case of goods sold on diaries, cases will be registered against at least five builders who have sold plots on diaries only on a contract basis without any sanction.
