Srinagar: Pakistan's intelligence agency ISI is preparing suicide bomber in Jammu and Kashmir with the help of terror outfit Al Badr. In the past, a report by security agencies revealed that China was engaged in strengthening the terror organization Al Badr. Chinese officials visited Pak occupied Kashmir (Pok) and held a meeting with top terror commanders of Al Badr.

According to a report by the Interior Ministry, six al-Badr militants have been killed in an encounter with security forces in Kashmir till 11 September this year.  Al-Badr has inducted 16 militants into his outfit in Kashmir. According to sources, 107 terrorists have joined various terror groups in the Kashmir valley so far this year. Most of them were 47 militants in Hizbul Mujahideen, 24 in Lashkar and 11 in Jaish e Mohammad, while al-Badr was reported to have been killed by 16 militants.

According to the report, a total of 99 active militants are reported to be in Kashmir, including 14 from al-Badr outfit. The remaining terrorists include 37 Hizbul Mujahideen terrorists, 31 Lashkar-e-Toiba, 14 Jaish militants. According to a report by security agencies, 85 militants have been reported to have gathered at the launch pad adjoining Mansera, which has also seen al-Badr terrorists.
