Indore: A new controversy has arisen over the 'Bharat Jodo Yatra' being taken out by Congress. In fact, it is now being claimed that slogans of 'Pakistan Zindabad' have been raised in the Bharat Jodo Yatra being taken out under the leadership of Rahul Gandhi. This happened when the yatra was leaving Khargone in Madhya Pradesh. BJP IT cell chief Amit Malviya made this claim while posting a video on Twitter.

Amit Malviya wrote in his post that, 'After Richa Chadha's public application to join Rahul Gandhi's Bharat "Jodo" Yatra, slogans of "Pakistan Zindabad" (listen at the end of the video) were raised in Khargone.' The Congress MP posted the video and later deleted it after the discrepancy came to light. This is the truth of Congress. Congress has also responded immediately to this allegation of the BJP. Senior Congress leader and National General Secretary Jairam Ramesh wrote in a tweet, 'Seeing immense public support for the Bharat Jodo Yatra, the agitated BJP has played a doctored video to defame the Yatra. We are taking legal action against it immediately. We are ready for such heinous tactics of the BJP. They will be given a befitting reply!'

Earlier, the BJP had alleged that celebrities were being paid to undertake a padyatra with Rahul Gandhi. In fact, many celebrities including Pooja Bhatt, Sushant Singh, Amol Palekar, Riya Sen, Rashmi Desai have appeared with Rahul Gandhi in the Bharat Jodo Yatra in Maharashtra. Maharashtra BJP MLA Nitesh Rane tweeted about this. The tweet has a WhatsApp message without a name, which talked about bringing actors to Madhya Pradesh as well. According to the WhatsApp message, the actor can choose the time according to his own to walk with Rahul Gandhi for 15 minutes by telling his charge.
