Chandigarh: Some time ago Punjab Chief Minister Captain Amarinder Singh has advocated peace and friendship for the prosperity and development of India and Pakistan. He said that there should be peace and friendship between the two countries, but the pro-Khalistan organization Sikh for Justice (SFJ) will not be approved. Such an organization will not be allowed to disturb the integrity and stability of the country.

Captain was addressing the diaspora at a special function on the occasion of 550th Prakash Parv of Shri Guru Nanak Dev Ji in Birmingham. Chief Minister Amarinder Singh demanded a friendly relationship with the neighboring countries to spread peace according to the philosophy of Guru Nanak Dev Ji to solve all the problems. He said that both India and Pakistan had faced many challenges. Now the time has come for both to forget their past and move forward with the feeling of friendship and make their progress sure.

Captain, invited to the Investors' Conference of the Indian diaspora on December 5-6, said that the SFJ is a radical terrorist group whose campaign has no ideological basis. Its so-called legal advisor Gurpatwant Singh Pannu is working on the instructions of Pakistani intelligence agency ISI. The sole motive of the traitor Pannu is to advance the agenda of the ISI and divide Sikhs and India.

Appeal to NRIs to invest in Punjab: According to information received from sources, the Chief Minister appealed to NRIs for cooperation for the industrial development of Punjab. He said that Indians, especially the Sikh brotherhood, have worked hard to contribute to the development of the country in which they have lived. Now the time has come that they should reconnect with their roots and invest in Punjab. The Chief Minister invited Indians settled in England for the progressive Punjab Investors' Conference to be held in Mohali on 5-6 December.
