Devotees took a dip in the Ganges and offered flowers and lamps to Mother Ganga by offering arghya to Surya Narayan.

Due to the vigilance of the police, there was no jam on the national highway this time too. Due to which there was no obstruction in the movement of devotees. Let us tell you that on the occasion of Ganga Jyeshtha Dussehra, people from nearby areas and devotees from neighboring districts and states started arriving at Brijghat since Monday evening to take a bath in the Ganges in Brajghat and Tigri. By four o'clock in the morning, the Banks of the Ganga were packed with devotees. Devotees took a dip of faith in Mother Ganga and earned virtue by offering prayers to the Sun.

On the same Ganga Dussehra, a lost found center was built in Brijghat to reunite the children separated from their loved ones in the fair. Due to this, lost children, women and elders were reunited at the center. The arrangements made to deal with the jam on Jyeshtha Ganga Dussehra were successful. This is the reason that this time there was no problem of jam on National Highway 9 in Brijghat. Vehicles were seen running from both sides.
