New Delhi: After stabilizing petrol and diesel prices on Wednesday, today once again has come down and in the capital of the country, petrol has come down to less than one month and diesel for more than 3 weeks. According to Indian Oil Corporation, the country's largest oil marketing company, the petrol price in Delhi has come down by 17 paise to Rs 74.65 per liter.
Gold and silver prices surge, know today's price
This is the lowest level of petrol price since 25 December 2019. Diesel also became cheaper by 19 paise at Rs 67.86 per liter, which is the lowest price after 30 December 2019. Petrol prices in Kolkata and Chennai fell by 18-18 paise to Rs 77.26 and Rs 77.54 per liter respectively. In Mumbai, it was priced at Rs 80.25 per liter with a cut of 17 paise.
No improvement in FMCG sector even this year, growth rate to be 9 to 10 percent
On the other hand, talking about the price of diesel, the price of diesel in Kolkata came down by 19 paise to Rs 70.22 per liter. Diesel became cheaper by 20 paise per liter in Mumbai and Chennai. One liter diesel sold for Rs 71.15 in Mumbai and Rs 71.70 per liter in Chennai.
