He visited the city on the occasion of 'Dev Deepawali' and witnessed the enchanting scene of Kashi. During this time, PM Modi also participated in the organization of Dev Diwali and expressed his happiness. The lighting of the 84 Ghats of Kashi with millions of lamps is unique. This light in the waves of the Ganges is making this aura even more supernatural. '
