Chitrakoot: Prime Minister Narendra Modi today offered prayers at Kanch Mandir Temple in Madhya Pradesh's Chitrakoot.  This sacred site boasts a magnificent trinity of spires, housing exquisite idols of Lord Rama, Goddess Sita, and Laksmana within its inner sanctum, where they are reverently tended to by a devoted priest.

Chitrakoot's spiritual landscape is enriched by the presence of Shri Tulsi Peeth Seva Nyas, a revered religious and social service institution established on Tulsi Jayanti in 1987. This institution, under the guidance of Guruji, has blossomed into a leading publisher of Hindu religious literature, not only in India but also across the world.

In his visit to Chitrakoot, Prime Minister Modi also paid his respects at the Shri Sadguru Seva Sangh Trust. He expressed his gratitude to the trust for its significant role in providing medical care and support to the underprivileged and marginalized members of society. In a public address, he conveyed his appreciation, saying, "I extend my heartfelt thanks to the Shri Sadhguru Seva Sangh Trust for their dedicated service to humanity, especially to the oppressed, the impoverished, and the Adivasi people."

During his visit, the Prime Minister marveled at the historical and spiritual significance of Chitrakoot, where the revered figures of Lord Ram, Sita, and Laxman once resided. "I consider it a great privilege to be back in Chitrakoot, the hallowed ground where our sages have narrated the tales of Lord Ram, Sita Mata, and Laxman. I had the honor of visiting Sri Raghuveer Mandir and Sri Ram Janki Mandir. I paid my respects to the sacred Kamath Giri mountain during a helicopter flight. Additionally, I laid floral tributes at the revered sites of Ranchhoddasji Maharaj and Arvind Bhai Mafatlal," he shared, his emotions too profound for words.

Prime Minister Modi was moved by the profound experience of witnessing the darshan of Lord Ram and Sita Mata, along with imbibing the wisdom of the revered sages and the enthusiasm of Sanskrit Mahavidyalay students. He expressed, "It is indeed challenging to articulate the overwhelming emotions that engulf me in the presence of Lord Ram Janki, as well as when I witness the sacred teachings of the ascetics and the vibrant spirit of the Sanskrit Mahavidyalay."

Earlier in the day, the Prime Minister commenced his spiritual odyssey with prayers at the Raghuveer Mandir in the Satna district. He also explored an enlightening exhibition at the Shri Sadguru Seva Sangh Trust. The trust, founded in 1968 by the esteemed Param Pujya Ranchhoddasji Maharaj, received the instrumental support of Arvind Bhai Mafatlal, who was deeply inspired by Param Pujya Ranchhoddasji Maharaj in establishing this institution.
