New Delhi: Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Abu Dhabi from France on Friday night. Prime Minister Modi was given a grand welcome at the airport. During his visit to the United Arab Emirates (UAE), Prime Minister Modi will hold talks with Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan on Bilateral, Regional and International Affairs of Mutual Interest on Saturday.

He will also formally launch a Rupay card to expand the network of cashless transactions abroad. During the visit, he will also receive the highest civilian award 'Order of Zayed' given by the UAE government. He will be felicitated at 2 pm Indian time on Saturday. After the UAE, he will also visit Bahrain before returning to France again for the G-7 summit.

In the UAE, Pm Modi will hold discussions with Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan on bilateral relations as well as regional and international issues of mutual interest. Prime Minister Modi will jointly release a postage stamp to commemorate the 150th birth anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi. The UAE is India's third-largest trading partner and the fourth largest exporter of crude oil in the country.
