Himachal Pradesh: Citizen can now conduct corona test on their own

Shimla: Due to Corona epidemic, every state of the country is affected. Various efforts are being made to get rid of this, but no promising results have been seen. Meanwhile in Himachal Pradesh  Government has come up with a revised plan. Now any citizen in Himachal can conduct their own COVID-19 test. This test will be done in private lab SRL for Rs 700. Currently, this lab has given approval for testing in COVID antigen in Kangra and Mandi city.

The government has asked this private lab to install machines for testing. In this, the user ID, password and login ID will be given by the Health Department. This is to ensure the authenticity of the test results. SR Lab is making arrangements in the big hospitals of the state. In Himachal, there will be free trials of corona patients on behalf of the government. Those citizens in private labs will also be able to get tested, who feel that they have become COVID-19. 2500 to 3000 rupees are being collected for testing in the labs of the state's outskirts.

Apart from this, Chief Secretary Health RD Dhiman confirmed this. COVID-19 will now be investigated in tribal areas. The Central Government has approved the installation of True Net Machines for conducting tests at Kaza, Pangi, Keylong, Bharmour. There will be 30 to 35 tests per machine. Chief Secretary Health RD Dhiman said in his statement that permission has been received from the Center on Tuesday. In this, a machine will be installed in Kamla Nehru Hospital, Shimla. Now citizens can do their own test if they show symptoms.
