Bhilwara: A private school bus suddenly collapsed uncontrollably in a rainy ditch near a pond in Manoharpura village under the Hanumannagar police station area of Bhilwara district, Rajasthan. 40 children were sitting on the bus during the accident, out of which 10 children were injured. Those who were given first aid, while a bank is in critical condition, has been admitted to Hindauli Hospital for treatment.
According to the information received, a bus from New Sainik School, Itundan, located in Hanumannagar police station area, was going towards the school with children coming from schools across the area, due to the rains near the pond's sails near Manoharpura. Suddenly the bus fell uncontrollably into the ditch. The front of the bus screamed as it drowned in the pond water. Hearing the voices of children, the villagers present in the fields ran towards the scene.
During this time the children were trapped inside the bus and the driver of the bus fled from there. On being informed by the villagers, Hanumannagar police station with the help of villagers reached the spot in large numbers, took out the children. About 9 children were injured in the accident, in which 8 children were given first aid, while one child has been admitted to Hindauli Hospital due to hand fractures.
