Bhopal: All non-government schools affiliated to the Board of Secondary Education in Madhya Pradesh can submit applications for renewal of their accreditation by 31 December 2020. The validation renewal fee can be paid in lump sum or in three installments till 31 December 2021.

This decision has been taken keeping in mind the problems faced in the operation of the private school during the Covid-19 epidemic. In the matter on Thursday evening, the state's Minister of State for School Education, Independent Charge Inder Singh Parmar has given information. He said, 'The exemption in the application process for recognition renewal has been granted by the School Education Department under RTE and Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Accreditation Rules 2017 for the session 2020-21'.

He has also told, 'The directors of all non-government schools affiliated to the Board of Secondary Education can apply for renewal for the next 5 years without any inspection or examination of the school. Non-government schools were worried for a long time about the date of applying for renewal of their accreditation, but now they have got relief.
