Seoni: Priya Daheria, a girl who lost her father in the year 2021 due to Corona, submitted an application to this effect on 23 May 2022 in the public utility Lok Adalat, stating that her mother had died in the past. Said that after the death of his father due to Covid, he was not getting the benefit of government schemes even after submitting an application in the collector's office.
Not only this, on which Vikas Sharma, the Presiding Officer of the Public Utility Lok Adalat, issued information letters to the Child Protection Officer, Seoni and the District Collector, after which on 14 June 2022, that is, within about 20 days, the applicant Priya Daheria was granted 21 years of age by the government. An order was given to provide pension of Rs 5000 per month, free ration and free education assistance till age.
Vikas Sharma Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Seoni handed over the copy of the order to the applicant Priya Daheria. According to the news, it was told by Vikas Sharma that applications can be submitted without paying judicial fees in the public utility Lok Adalat and the problems are resolved quickly in the public utility Lok Adalat.
