In Punjab, the Subordinate Services Selection Board has taken out a bumper vacancy for the police department. As per the notification issued for PSSSB Punjab Police Recruitment 2021, recruitment to the posts of Warden and Matron will be made in punjab police jail department. Educational Qualification:-
Warder- 12th pass is required to pass upto 10th with Punjabi.
Matron- 12th pass is required to pass with Punjabi till 10th.
Age-limit:
Candidates from 18 to 27 years can apply for recruitment of Punjab Police Jail Warder and Matron.

For General Category - Rs. 1000
For SC/BC/EWS category- Rs. 250
For Ex-Servicemen Category - Rs. 200
Selection Process:
The candidates for Punjab Police Recruitment will be selected on the basis of examination, physical measurement test and physical screening test.
