Pune: The situation in Pune has become such that patients are being given oxygen by laying down sheets. Photos of Sassoon Hospital here are currently going viral. The situation here has become very alarming and can be gauged from the pictures. The lines of relatives outside the mortuary have also become very long here.

The city is facing around 90 deaths a day and more than 12,000 new cases are coming up. Ambulances and mortuary trains are visible in front of Pune's Sassoon Hospital throughout the day and everyone is shocked to see the sight here. There are only ambulances now that are tearing through the silences. There is silence in the streets in broad daylight. According to reports, more than 5,000 corona-infected deaths have been reported in Pune so far.

From last Monday morning to noon, 30 dead bodies had arrived at Sassoon's mortuary. There were 743 simple beds without oxygen and 45 oxygen beds left. There were zero ventilator beds left, and ICU beds were left zero. So far, 4 people have died here only because there were no beds. The situation here has worsened and the situation here can be said to be that the government will not be overlooked this time.
