Chandigarh: State CM Capt Amarinder Singh may have made big claims of providing good health services to covid patients in government hospitals, but the condition of his own city remains bad. Corona Infected MLA Nirmal Singh of Shutarana has attacked the chief minister on his claims. MLA Shutarana has been admitted to a private hospital due to lack of cleanliness at the government Rajnandra Hospital.

On August 28, the COVID-19 probe by MLA Nirmal Singh of Shutarana Circle, Patiala in Chandigarh was positive. Since then, he was a quarantine in his house. Two days ago, he had difficulty breathing. Thereafter, he shifted to the covid ward of the government Rajnandra Hospital. When asked about the issue, the MLA said that whatever the government claims, there is absolutely no cleanliness in the covid ward of Rajnandra.

He further said, "The toilets were very dirty. Doctors also come to see only once or twice a day. Corona patients are kept on the task of monitoring the lower staff. For these reasons, he shifted to a private hospital on Saturday evening, where his sarees were screened. Now he's feeling fine. Civil surgeon Dr Harish Malhotra refused to say anything about it. He said that the medical superintendent of Rajnandra Hospital will be told. The MLA's statement has sparked war in the state."
