Ingredients to make Radish Pickle:-

Fresh Radish – 4
Mustard oil - 1/2 cup
Turmeric (powder) - 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
Rai (coarse) - 2 tsp
Asafoetida - 1 pinch
Red chili (powder) - 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice or white vinegar - 3 tsp
Whole red chilies (fresh) - 2
Salt - as per taste

Method of making radish pickle: - For this, first wash and peel fresh radish. And cut into one inch round pieces. After this, cut the round pieces into thin slices lengthwise and let them dry in the air for half an hour. Now after this you take a big pot, place the pieces of radish in it and at the same time add turmeric powder and salt to the pieces of radish. After this, add coarse mustard seeds and asafoetida and chili powder and mix it well. Now after this take a pen and put two spoons of mustard oil in it, turn on the gas and prepare the tempering by adding fenugreek seeds and red chili pieces. Now let the tempering cool down, after cooling, pour the tempering over the spiced radish pieces and mix it well. After this, add the remaining mustard oil and mix it with the help of a spoon. Now squeeze the lemon and filter its juice and mix it in the radish pickle. By the way, if you want, you can also use white benegar instead of lemon juice.
