Alwar: The ADJ court on Wednesday will look into the much-discussed Mob Lynching case of Alwar in Rajasthan. ADJ Court No.1 Judge Dr. Sarita Swamy has chosen the 14th of August to pronounce the verdict of the Aspect Khan case.

Six persons (Sudhir Yadav, Hukamchand Yadav, Om Yadav, Naveen Sharma, Rahul Saini, and Jagmal Singh) were not named as accused in the case. In his place, nine people were indicted on the basis of video footage and other evidence, including two minors. Vipin, Ravindra, Kaluram, Dayanand, Yogesh Kumar, Deepak Pills, Bhimrath, and two minors were indicted by the police. At present, all the accused are on bail.

Let you know that on April 1, 2017, a resident of Jaisinghpura village in Noah Mewat district of Haryana, Aspect Khan along with his two sons Omar and Tahir had been buying milch cattle from Jaipur's Animal Hatwara for their house and in the meantime crowded near Baharod in Alwar. By stopping the car, the side and his sons were beaten up. Khan was admitted to a hospital in Bahrod where he was reported to have been admitted to a hospital in Bahrod, but died on April 4, 2017, while undergoing treatment.
