In preparation for the upcoming Ram Navmi celebrations on April 17, the Ram Mandir Trust has made a heartfelt plea to devotees, urging them to refrain from visiting the Ayodhya temple in Uttar Pradesh. Instead, they are encouraged to tune in to the live telecast on Doordarshan.

With the aim of accommodating every devotee's desire to catch a glimpse of Ram Lalla, the Ram Mandir will extend its opening hours to a remarkable 20-hour duration on April 17. Additionally, a systematic arrangement of seven queues will be established to ensure a smooth flow of devotees.

The appeal comes in light of the Trust's concern over the potential overwhelming influx of devotees in the city. In anticipation of several lakh devotees descending upon the temple town for Ram Navmi, the Ayodhya administration is bracing for a significant turnout.

To mitigate the risk of overcrowding and maintain safety measures, the Trust underscores the importance of heeding their recommendation to watch the celebrations from the comfort of home, via the live broadcast on Doordarshan.

In essence, the message is clear: Avoid the crowds at the Ayodhya temple this Ram Navmi and opt for the serene viewing experience provided by Doordarshan's broadcast, all in accordance with the Ram Mandir Trust's earnest appeal.
