On the work front, Ranveer is currently prepping for his film '83 as the shooting is slated to begin in London soon. The film is based on the 1983 Cricket World Cup victory of India and Ranveer will be playing former Indian cricket captain Kapil Dev's role in it. After '83, Ranveer Singh will be working with Karan Johar in his period drama titled Takht.
