Recipe of Poha Palak Cutlets

Poha Palak cutlets can be made at any time to relieve in light hunger.

To make this required ingredients are:
150 grams of Doha, 1 cup spinach, 4 boiled potatoes, 2 to 3 tablespoons green coriander, 1 teaspoon ginger, 2 to 3 finely chopped chillies, ¼ teaspoon red chilli powder, ¼ small Spoon garam masala, ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder, ¼ teaspoon amchur, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, salt according to taste, oil will be needed to fry.


To make it, wash the poha in a cup and wash it well with water. Wash it and remove the water from the poha. Peel the potatoes and grate it. Add Ginger, Coriander Powder, Green Chillies, Garam Masala, Red Chilli Powder, Salt, Amchoor, Turmeric Powder and Green Coriander and mix well. Now, make a little oil on your hand to make cutlets. Take a little paste in hand and make it round.

Give it little-flattened hands with a little bit of cutlet and put it in the plate. Make all the cutlets in this way. Now heat the oil in the frying pan and fry the cutlets in medium flame. Take cutlets from both sides.

Sprinkle the napkins in the plate, serve it with a green coriander sauce, tomato catechu or a favorite sauce.
