Home Minister Amit Shah can meet protesters of Shaheen Bagh in Delhi, capital of India, today. However, the situation has not been cleared till now between the meeting between the Home Minister and the protesters and there is confusion over it.
According to the media report, a statement has been issued by the Delhi Police saying that we have asked the protesters to provide us information about the people of their delegation who want to meet the Home Minister so that we can plan a meeting Can. But he said that they all want to go, we have denied this but we will see what we can do.
On Saturday, the Home Ministry had clarified that no meeting is scheduled on Sunday between Home Minister Amit Shah and Shaheen Bagh protesters. The protesters had claimed that they would meet with Amit Shah on Sunday on the issue of Citizenship Amendment Act (CAA). However, the protesters have also said that they are ready for talks. It is the responsibility of the government to call them for talks.
