A security guard has been provided at the program site of Ram Dayal Stadium, Ranchi, where paramilitary forces have been deployed. No one is allowed to enter the Sangh Samagam without admission. Arrangements have been made here till seven o'clock in the morning. Volunteers will demonstrate the art of song and music in addition to demonstrating their physical abilities.
