Lucknow: There was a stir in Lucknow, the capital of Uttar Pradesh, when secretariat personnel staged a massive protest on Tuesday at the office of CM Yogi Adityanath. According to information, the protests were organized by the secretariat association demanding action against the Kaiserbagh police. The protests were called off by the secretariat union staff after assurances by the Principal Secretary Home.

In fact, the police have been accused of beating up secretariat employee Manoj Kumar Prajapati. The secretariat personnel are outraged by the incident with their partner. On Tuesday (July 2), at around 11:30 a.m., hundreds of employees stormed the public building to protest against police harassment against secretariat personnel. The secretariat personnel have demanded action on the Kaiserbagh police and co.

According to information, the car of review officer Manoj Prajapati was hit on Saturday. The police had seized the car after registering the case against the review officer. Manoj Prajapati had stormed the Kaiserbagh police station in connection with the car-seizing operation. The police acted on this and fired the review officer in accordance with Section 151 of the Breach of Peace. The review officer has accused the Kaiserbagh police of beating and indecent conduct.
