In the comments section, actor Malavika Mohanan dropped heart emojis. Farzi star Bhuvan Arora commented, "Happiest birthday Samantha... Roar." Film producer Rhea Kapoor wrote: "Happy birthday Samantha Ruth Prabhu soon."
Samantha Ruth Prabhu wanted a simple birthday celebration without surprises, cake, or balloons. However, the Citadel team, on which she is presently working, disregarded her requests and shocked the actor with just that. She posted pictures and videos from her last week on Instagram, including her birthday on April 28. The pictures show her being awoken at night by Raj Nidimoru and Krishna DK, the directors of Citadel.
The floor is strewn with blue balloons, and the other Citadel staff members toss confetti at her as well. Samantha appears embarrassed and taken aback by the ambush. She and the Citadel crew, which includes her co-star Varun Dhawan, are seen in another picture posing in front of three cakes. The Downton Abbey director Philip John and Samantha Ruth Prabhu will soon collaborate on a project called Arrangements Of Love. The actress will also appear in the Russo Brothers' Citadel episode for India, directed by Raj and DK. They previously collaborated with Samantha on Family Man 2.
