Selena Gomez unleashed the Taylena fans into wildness after posting a picture of the two together on social media giving us major friendship goals and we are here for it. Selena Gomez took to Instagram to share throwback photos with Taylor Swift. The singer shared a thread of photos and reminisced the fun times between the two together. The pictures in seconds sent the fans into a turmoil of happiness as they flooded social media wondering if this was some of an easter egg. 

Fans of both the singers could not help but wonder if the two are collaborating and we can not blame them. Swifties and Selenators together made the ‘Taylena’ trend on social media within minutes of the photos being shared. 

Once did end up wondering whether they were just being clowned or something is going to happen. One of the fans wrote, "Taylena is comin how ya'all so stable #TaylorsVersion #TaylorSwift #SelenaGomez #Taylena." 

However, recently in an interview with Vogue Selena hinted at her retirement from music, she said,  "I think there are a lot of people who enjoy my music, and for that I'm so thankful, for that I keep going, but I think the next time I do an album it'll be different. I want to give it one last try before I maybe retire music." 

A fan couldn't help but connect the dots and wondered if Selena plans to do her last project with Taylor. "idk if we're gonna get a #taylena collab or so...but, imagine if Taylor said, "Before you kinda retire from music or take a break, let's collab" and Selena replied with a 'yes'.
