The incident happened when Shiv Sena MLA Dilip Lande from Chandivali in Mumbai was meeting with the Deputy Commissioner of BMC and other officials of the civic body.

In their statement, the officials said that the work related to Andheri-Kurla road was being discussed in the meeting.
