Rajveer Mehta and Arav Hak are two bright minds currently pursuing their education from the American School of Bombay. Their cause of hard work and dedication is to help those who are in dire need of treatment for cancer. For years, their thought processes and research has revolved around their soulful cause. With an objective to extend their aid and assistance to those diagnosed with the fatal disease of cancer in the territory of Kashmir, Mehta and Hak have moved beyond their age while proving their quality work and efforts! Especially for the children diagnosed with this disease, they have worked days in and days out to make their ends meet and provide treatment kits to such patients. As the territory of Kashmir rests with only one paediatric oncology shared by other 2 territories of Jammu and Ladakh as well, their sole aim is to propagate the treatment of cancer and help their fellow citizens beat death. In light of this objective, they have been successful to provide a total of 48 platelephersis kits for cancer patients. This makes them two inspiring individuals who have achieved so much already and are on their way to do bigger and better!

Right from the beginning, Hak and Mehta have been working towards their cause with much enthusiasm and energy. As they found an organization named – Nargis Dutt Foundation working towards their mutual objective, they readily stepped forward to collaborate their efforts and work with the foundation. Ever since then they have been working together with the organization and have brought endless hope in many people’s lives! A fatal disease, cancer can be highly stressful for an individual to even think about. However, with people like Rajveer and Arav working tirelessly to help such individuals, the world becomes a better place and is never too dark to pray for hope! The duo has also led certain initiatives to save the lives of cancer patients. For instance, back in the year 2018, they urged donors to donate a gross amount of INR 25,25,252 to extend financial aid for the treatment of those diagnosed with the disease. Perhaps their contributions have endlessly been a ray of sunshine for people who have somehow lost faith in life. Even when the world was witnessing the biggest lockdown ever, the two kids were working to raise funds so as to offer food kits for those who had no source of livelihood.

It takes two hands to join each other and pray. However, it takes two like-minded people to join each other and make a change! Even when there’s one soul working hard, others join on and help the person. In the case of Rajveer and Arav, the two have enlightened the darkened lives of 1000s and have gathered much love and support from all around the country. No wonder why children are regarded as the most precious people on this land! They truly are gems for this world!
