CJI Justice Bobde said today that if the security of Tis Hazari Court was with the Central Industrial Security Force, the situation would not have happened as it was. Therefore the CISF should be protected in the courts. The CJI said that they have asked the Ministry of Home Affairs for court protection   Wrote letters to create a special wing of CISF. He said that the Chief Justice of the High Courts will decide whether there is a need for security or not.
