On thursday, the real estate developer Parsvnath Buildwell has been directed by the Supreme Court to deposit Rs. 12 crore within the four weeks with the court as it hears its appeal against the consumer court order in its Exotica project in Ghaziabad. 

Parsvanath will not get any relief from the top court and court asking the developer to refund money to 70 buyers whose flats have not been delivered yet. The buyers were also asked by the top court that whether they would accept rent and interest for the money given by them to book their flats. 

Parsvnath's Exotica project hit a roadblock after the Ghaziabad Development Authority cancelled its revised plan of construction.
