New Delhi: The Supreme Court has passed a major order for victims who are constantly circling courts to get justice. The Supreme Court has repeatedly stayed the stay of cases of the trial court. The Supreme Court has refused to accept lawyers' requests to postpone any hearings.

A bench of Justices MR Shah and AS Bopanna expressed displeasure over the delay of four years in the Madhya Pradesh case and suspension of hearing 10 times. The court said it was time to change the work culture. The court said repeated adjournments slow down the legal process. Efforts should be made to restore confidence in the justice delivery system so that people can have confidence in the rule of law.

Justice Shah ruled that sometimes the strategy of avoiding repeated hearings of unscrupulous litigants delays the other party's justice. Repeated adjournments shake the trust of litigants. Courts are repeatedly asked to perform duties for the purpose of strengthening people's trust in the administration of justice. The apex court said any effort that undermines the confidence of the general public in the justice system should be stopped.
