New Delhi: The top court has refused to give any interim decision on the petition filed for media coverage of Tablighi Jamaat. The matter will be heard in court next week. Earlier in Delhi, Jamiat Ulama-e-Hind had reached the Supreme Court against some news channels, accused of trying to tarnish the image of Nizamuddin Markaz and Muslims.
Jamaat President Maulana Arshad Madani said that the court will adopt a strict attitude on the basis of our complaint, as strict instructions have already been given in this regard. Maulana Madani had said that the top court has been knocked on this issue because the picture of Tablighi Jamaat being is ruined They claimed that corona is spread in the country because of these people. An attempt is being made to taint the entire Muslim community. The image of Muslims is also being misrepresented on some TV channels and social media.
Maulana Madni said that there are many intelligent educated Hindus and some media people who dislike it. It is a matter of happiness that RSS leader Manmohan Vaidya says that the image of Muslims should not be tarnished. He said that among those coming from outside, there are Hindus as well as Muslims, who have brought this virus to India, but it is wrong to hold only Muslims responsible.
