New Delhi: The top court will hear the petition filed against the decision of the Delhi High Court in the Nirbhaya gang rape and murder case at 12.30 pm today. The High Court had said in its judgment that, 'The trial court had convicted all together, the crime of the culprits was extremely cruel and heinous, it had a profound effect on the society. But some law remedies are also under Section 21 of the Constitution, which they got a lot of opportunity. '

The order of the High Court said that 'I have no qualms in saying that the convicts took a long time, even after the dismissal of the petition in 2017, the death warrant was not issued, no one raised any concern.' The High Court had made it clear that the convict Mukesh cannot be separated from the other convicts, Pawan Gupta has not yet filed a mercy petition. With this, the court was guilty within a week for using any legal remedies.

The court upheld the January 31 decision of the Patiala House Court. Earlier, the sessions court has twice issued death warrants for hanging the culprits, but due to the legal betting screw of the convicts, the hanging has been postponed both times.
