Abu Dhabi: Corona case has also come to light in the second phase of 2021. Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) bowler T Natarajan (T Natarajan) has been found to be infected with corona. However, BCCI has said that the Match between Delhi Capitals (DC) and SRH on September 22 will played as scheduled. Let us tell you that this is the second time in IPL 2021 that a corona case has come to light.

Significantly, corona cases were also found in April-May when the tournament was held in India. This forced the IPL to be suspended only after 29 matches. Corona cases were then found at Delhi Capitals, Kolkata Knight Riders, Chennai Super Kings, Sunrisers Hyderabad. It was then decided to hold the remaining 31 matches of IPL 2021 in UAE. IPL is being organized in bio bubble and players have to stay under strict security, but still there are cases of corona.

A statement issued by the IPL said Natarajan was found infected in the RT-PCR test. He has distanced himself from other players. He doesn't even have any symptoms. The medical team has identified six people who came in close contact with Natarajan. These include Vijay Shankar, team manager Vijay Kumar, physio Shyam Sundar J, Dr Anjana Vannan, logistics manager Tushar Kherkar and net bowler Periasamy Ganesan. Other players and people associated with the team were tested at 5 am this morning and all reports have come out negative. Due to this, the evening match in Dubai will be held at its scheduled time.
