In fact, the BHC, in its judgement, has said, "Touching a minor without a scan to scan contract is not a sexual assault under POCSO." This decision has been taken in the case of a 12-year-old girl. There was a case of sexual harassment with him, which has been pronounced. In the case, the girl and her family allege that the accused grabbed her breast and tried to disrobe her. On the same issue, the court in its judgement said, "Mere touching does not come under the definition of sexual assault.''

The judgement says, "Since the accused tried to touch her chest without disrobe the girl, the crime cannot be called a sexual assault. Now, Bollywood Celebes have also been agitated over the decision and are keeping their opinions. After knowing the news, Bollywood actress Taapasee Pannu said, "I tried too late but still I still don't have the word to explain how I am feeling at the moment. The person accused of 39 years in the case was sentenced to three years in jail. But he had petitioned the High Court for his release. From where his sentence has been punished for one year. "In view of the harsh nature of punishment for crime (under POCSO law), the court believes that there must be strong evidence and serious allegations," the High Court says. In the absence of any specific details, touching the thorax of a 12-year-old girl and whether her top was removed or the accused put it inside the hand top and her thorax was touched, it does not come under the definition of sexual assault.''
