New Delhi: The way has been cleared for bringing Tahawwur Rana, one of the accused in the terrorist attack in the country's financial capital Mumbai in the year 2008, to India. The US court of California has given the green signal for his extradition. India sought the extradition of Tahawwur, a Canadian citizen of Pakistani origin, after his involvement in the 26/11 Mumbai attacks came to light. The Joe Biden government of America had agreed to hand over Tahawwur to India.

According to the report, California Magistrate Judge Jacqueline Chooljian gave the 48-page order on Tuesday (May 16). It said that after reviewing the documents and hearing the arguments given, the court considers Tahawwur Rana worthy of extradition to India. Now the NIA will contact the American government and the process of bringing Tahawwur to India will be started. Let us tell you that the terrorist attack in Mumbai was carried out by Pakistan-based and supported terrorist organization Lashkar-e-Taiba. Terrorist David Headley was the main conspirator of this attack. Tahawwur Rana is Headley's childhood friend. He helped Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists and Headley in the Mumbai attacks. He knew about every plot of the attack. In the same series, the National Investigation Agency (NIA) is probing the role of Tahawwur.

Mumbai 26/11 Terrorist Mahal's Public Prosecutor Ujjwal Nikam has called it a big victory for India after the US court gave its verdict in support of Tahawwur's extradition. He has told the media that this is the first time that the US government has believed the evidence of the NIA. Tahawwur's lawyer had opposed this extradition. Let us tell you that 166 people including 6 American citizens were killed in the 26/11 Mumbai terror attack. A terrorist named Ajmal Kasab was caught alive in these attacks, who was hanged on 21 November 2012. The rest of the terrorists were killed by the Indian security forces.

It was only after Ajmal Kasab was caught alive and interrogated that it was known that the attack was carried out by Pakistani terrorists. Otherwise, the Congress government sitting at the center at that time had linked it with Hindu terrorism, because Pakistan had sent all the terrorists to India by tying kalava on their hands and keeping ID cards with Hindu names in their pockets. On the other hand, here in India, a book titled 26/11 RSS Conspiracy was published, which was launched by Congress leader Digvijay Singh and filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt even before the completion of the investigation, if policeman Tukaram Omble after consuming 40 bullets Had the terrorists not caught Kasab alive, then perhaps even today the whole of India would have considered the Mumbai terror attack as the result of Hindu terrorism.
