AHMEDNAGAR: The police has booked a 34-year-old teacher Raviraj Dattatray Chaudhari for raping his 13-year-old student in village of Pathardi tehsil of the district. The accused teaches in school run by government in Jat Devale village.

Levin Kambale, inspector of Pathardi police station as per the report said "The accused has been booked under Section 376 (rape) of Indian Penal Code and sections of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act," inspector of Pathardi police station. The Police is in search to arrest the man who is absconding.
