Shimla: Due to Corona, many works in the country has been interrupted. Meanwhile, Himachal government schools are conducting online classes. Now the teachers being have to give information about daily lectures. The officers of the education department will now call different teachers daily and prepare a report in this regard. Education directors will also call teachers in between the classes. Education Secretary Rajiv Sharma has issued new rules to harden the monitoring of every home school.

On Sunday, while reviewing every home school event in the State Secretariat, the Education Secretary directed the Project Director of SSA, including the Directors of Higher, Elementary Education, that every student studying in the state government schools should be linked with the teacher. The responsibility of all teachers should be ensured, that they also get those students of their class to study. Those who do not have smartphones, they should be provided with phones or systems for online classes.

Every school head must ensure that no student of the school is deprived of studies. The department should also prepare a new plan to connect all teachers and students with the activities of teaching and learning. The Education Secretary has given instructions that all officers will call some teachers daily and ask what they have taught. Monitoring will be done rigorously. Teachers will have to tell how much syllabus they have covered so far and will have to share their plan. There will be strictness in education rules.
