New Delhi: The country is currently fighting a war against the coronavirus epidemic. But on the other hand, Chinese troops in Ladakh have also increased the headache. On 6 June, the armies of the two countries held a meeting to end the dispute in Ladakh. On Monday, Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh held a meeting with Bipin Rawat, the chief of the three armies and the Chief of Defense Staff to discuss this.

In this meeting, the chiefs of the three armies and the CDS informed about the latest situation of the Line of Actual Control (LAC). In the meeting, the current situation, as well as a future strategy, were discussed. The issues raised by both the countries in the meeting on June 6, the issue on which both countries were expressing their objection, was also discussed in this meeting. This meeting between the Defense Minister and the Army officials lasted for about an hour.

Since the beginning of May in Ladakh, there is a fierce fight between India and China. India alleges that Chinese soldiers have entered Ladakh in the area which is our region. But China is calling it the line of LAC, the soldiers of both countries have come face to face. After several rounds of negotiations failed, on June 6, the Lt. Level talks were held between the two countries, in which the issue was emphasized to be resolved through negotiations. However, no decision has been taken on this and the negotiations will continue.
