Essential ingredients - 500 g maida, 800 g paneer, 100 g green capsicum, 100 g yellow capsicum, 100 red capsicum, 400 g onion, 800 g tomato, 10 g turmeric powder, 10 g red chilli powder, 30 g chaat masala, 20 g garlic paste, 20 g ginger paste, 20 g green chilli, salt to taste, 20 g green coriander, 150 ml oil

Recipe - First cut the paneer into a thick Julian cut and soak it in turmeric and salted water. Now cut all the vegetables, onions and tomatoes into thick Julian cuts. Now add two tablespoons of oil to a pan and heat and add ginger-garlic paste. Then cook salt, pepper, onion and tomato together. Then heat two tsp oil in a pan and add vegetables, paneer, onion-tomato masala mixture, salt and pepper. Then add chopped coriander leaves and remove the vegetables from the heat. Now add a pinch of salt to the flour and knead. Then keep it for a while. Later, make equal lying loaves and make thin bread. Now bake lightly and keep aside. Now spread and roll and grill by placing paneer mixture in the middle of the roti. Now cut it and serve hot with mint chutney.
