Lucknow: Noida Police has arrested 36 people, including five women, on charges of extortion by raiding two hotels located in Sigma Sector. A police officer has given information in this regard. Deputy Commissioner of Police (Zone III) Amit Kumar Singh has informed that on Wednesday night, the input of Mujra party was received in a hotel located in Sigma Sector, on the basis of which the police raided the hotel.

Singh said that during the investigation, the police came to know that a similar party was going on in another hotel nearby. He said that the police also raided other hotels and arrested 36 people, including five women and 31 men. Police have recovered eight cars, English liquor bottles, Rs 1,30,000 cash from these hotels.

The police officer said that during the investigation, the police also came to know about the running of sex rackets in these hotels. The police have also seized some objectionable material from there. The police have arrested 31 men and five women, including hotel operator Rohit and party organizers Sandeep, Aamir, Anuj Kumar, Amit Kumar Mittal, Abhishek, Lokesh, the official said.
