New Delhi: Another shocking stabbing case has been heard in the capital Delhi. An 18-year-old man stabbed two people just after a collision, killing one factory worker on the spot and the other undergoing treatment at a hospital. The incident took place in northwest Delhi's Ashok Vihar where 36-year-old  Ashok Shah, who works in a factory, hit a youth after which the youth killed him.

Rohit (18), an accused in the murder, also stabbed a rickshaw driver with a knife while fleeing, police said. Police have further said that while Ashok Shah, who worked in the factory, died due to the attack by the youth, rickshaw driver Ganesh Dutt is also undergoing treatment. The incident took place on January 10 when Ashok Shah collided with Rohit. After which the young man Rohit took out a knife and attacked him. Rohit first scolded the driver Ganesh Dutt for hitting the rickshaw while fleeing from the spot and then stabbed him too, police said.

According to the police, the deceased Ashok Shah and the murder accused Rohit knew each other and lived in the same area. Deputy Commissioner of Police (Northwest) Usha Rangnani said that information was received that two injured had been admitted to the hospital. They have also said that Rohit has been arrested and the weapon has been seized. A case has been registered under sections 302 (murder) and 307 (attempt to murder) of the Indian Penal Code, police officer Usha Rangnani said.
