The rifle which was seen after the end of a viral video surfaced last month has been seized by the police. In this video, the St. Louis couple are seen waving their hands while performing with the protesters.

Sources quoting 5 On Your Side and a local news aide said that police arranged a search warrant to search the house of Mark and Patricia McCloskey after two lawyers were injured on Friday evening. After searching the house, they seized the rifle, the same rifle that Mark McCloskey was seen panting during the protest.

Mark McCloskey, while disclosing the case on the Toad Starness radio show, clarified that we have complied with the search warrant. He took my air rifle (AR) because of which I am absolutely shocked".

Regarding the weapon to be waved during the confrontation with the protesters, McCloskey told police officers that the pistol that was being reported was with his lawyer. In the current situation, there are indications that the couple has not been accused of any kind. Mark McCloskey's attorney is expected to meet St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kimberly Gardner in the office next week in connection with the case. The Mark McCloskey couple has categorically denied all the accusations they made during the performance.
