A little puppy was thrown or fallen into a drum full of tar, where he got for help after 24 Hours. But this is not the end of cruelty; a man heard the puppy screaming, so he just pushed him the drum down far so that he does not get disturbed by puppy scream.
Although, some people informed H.O.M.E. which is an animal rescue shelter and rescued the puppy after 24 Hours.
Think how he was feeling when thrown or fallen in the tar, the little puppy was in a trauma after this.
Veterinary Dr. Kiran Kumar advised litres of kerosene, eye drops, for helping this baby. H.O.M.E. volunteer Dilip and Sonali tried removing as much tar as they could from his body. The puppy is fine now, but is still in trauma from the experience.
