Korba: One died in a road accident in the wee hours of Wednesday near Takhar in will connect Katghora area, while five people were injured. The injured have been referred to Korba in critical condition. The accident happened due to the Bolero and the pickup collision. The pickup from the wrong side has a high speed bolero. The incident was so intense that the pickup and the front of the Bolero were badly damaged.

According to information, Tamarind Duggu resident Ravi Kumar was in the Bolero with his family early Wednesday morning to get a baby in Sonbhadra, Uttar Pradesh. He had just arrived at Takhar, and suddenly the pickup came from the Rong side. The speed of the Bolero is going to go up. The incident was so tremendous that the two vehicles were trapped in each other. In the morning, local people saw the incident and called the police.

The situation of the injured is grim

With this, the two vehicles were then evacuated and admitted to the local will connect Katghora Health community centre. Ravi Kumar succumbed to his treatment here. While the rest of the injured have been given serious condition, they have been referred to Korba. The Bolero is said to have two people on board in four more pickup. Police also reached the spot on the information. Both the damaged vehicles have been removed from the road and carried ashore.
