India is known as a country of festivals, colors, culture,language, and different religions. Which has been celebrated by the people of India as per their region and culture every year. Many visitors visit several places to celebrate different occasions as per the different religions. they visit many places to celebrate the culture, and religion, LIKE PUNJAB, KASHMIR,  KERALA, MAHARASHTRA, ODISA, ASSAM, etc. 

 

But these seven sisters are one of the most beautiful places to visit in India with your friends and family. These were located in northeast India.These are  ARUNACHAL PRADESH, ASSAM, MEGHALAYA, MANIPUR, MIZORAM, NAGALAND AND TRIPURA, ETC.

1st Beauty:-  ARUNACHAL PRADESH, Is well known for its beauty of mountains and greenery in its surrounding. Arunachal Pradesh is located in northeast India. As it involves the beauty of mountains and valleys, the culture of Arunachal Pradesh is also well known to celebrate its festival proudly every year with many tourists as well. In ARUNACHAL PRADESH most people visit THE NAMDAPHA NATIONAL PARK, ZIRO, GLOW LAKE, NURANANG PARK, GLOW LAKE, PAKHUI WILDLIFE CENTURY, and GOLDEN PAGODEA. These are one of the most famous places to visit  In Arunachal Pradesh. even their animal like MITHOON is also know as the well-wisher for their people.

2nd  Beauty:-  ASSAM, Assam is a northeastern state of India. Its capital is Dispur, located within the municipal area of Guwahati city. Located south of the eastern Himalayas, Assam comprises the Brahmaputra and the Barak river valleys along with the Karbi Anglong and the North Cachar Hills with an area of 30,285 square miles (78,438 km²). Assam is surrounded by six of the other Seven Sister States: Assam, Nagaland, Manipur, Mizoram, Tripura, and Meghalaya. Geographically Assam and these states are connected to the rest of India via a narrow strip of land in West Bengal called the Siliguri Corridor or "Chicken's Neck".

Assam is the central state in the North-East Region of India and serves as the gateway to the rest of the Seven Sister States. For tourism, there are wildlife preserves like the Kaziranga National Park, Manas National Park, Pobitora Wildlife Sanctuary, and Dibru-Saikhowa National Park (Dibrugarh- Tinsukia), among others. Jokai Botanical Garden( Dibrugarh) the only Natural Botanical Garden in the entire North- East India.

3RDBeauty:-  MANIPUR, Is famous for lakes and forts and even food . many tourists visit Manipur every year to enjoy all its specialty and even Manipur is nowadays well known for providing the best education university for students which show the high growth of their infrastructure. LOKTAK LAKE and KANGLA FORT are the most famous place to visit in Manipur. this made people travel in large numbers every year to enjoy or visit this famous destinations in Manipur.

4th Beauty:-  MEGHALAYA, Meghalaya is a state in north-eastern India. The word "Meghalaya" factually means the residence of Clouds in Sanskrit and other Indic languages. Meghalaya is a hilly strip in the eastern part of the country about 300 km. The principal languages in Meghalaya are Khasi, Pnar, and Garo with English as the official language of the State.

Cherrapunji is one of the most well-liked tourist locations in North East of India. The town is well known and has guided tours of Tree Root Bridges. It lies to the south of the capital Shillong. A rather scenic 50-kilometer-long road connects Cherrapunji with Shillong.


The popular waterfalls in the state are the Elephant Falls, Shadthum Falls, Weinia Falls, Bishop Falls, Nohkalikai Falls, Langshiang Falls, and Sweet Falls. The hot springs at Jakrem near Mawsynram are believed to have curative and medicinal properties.

 

5th Beauty:-  MIZORAM, is also one of the most famous destinations for visitors in northern. Here a large number of tourist visit to explore the culture, and language of their people or community. The majority of people in Mizoram were CHRISTIAN. Here foreign tourists need to obtain an inner line permit under a special permit before visiting. Famous places to visit in Mizoram are Aizawl, Tamdil Vantawng Fall, Champhai, Phawngpui, Saiha, Lunglei, Rihdil, Dampa Wildlife Sanctuary, etc.

 

6th Beauty:-  NAGALAND, is one of the most popular destinations to travel to in the northeast. Here HORNBIL FESTIVAL was begun by the Government of NAGALAND in December 2000 to promote inter-tribal interaction and to support the cultural heritage of the state. Structured by the State Tourism and Art & Culture Departments, Hornbill Festival showcases a mixture of cultural displays under one roof. This festival takes place between the 1st and the 7th of December every year. Christianity is the main religion of Nagaland. This is one of the most famous to travel for tourists every year.

7th Beauty:-  TRIPURA, Tripura is a state in North-East India that boundaries Bangladesh, Mizoram, and Assam. It is bounded by Bangladesh on its north, south, and west: the length of its international border is 856 km. It shares a Fifty Three 53 km long border with Assam and a 109 km long border with Mizoram. The state is connected with the rest of India by only one road (NH-44) that runs through the hills to the border of Karimganj District in Assam and then winds through the states of Meghalaya, Assam, and North Bengal to Calcutta.

 

Tripura is one of the SEVEN SISTERS OF INDIA Tripura lies in nature disadvantageous location in India, with only one most important highway connecting it with the rest of India; this hinders the economic prospects of the state. Tripura is an agrarian state, with more than 50% of its residents depending on agriculture and allied activities. However, due to mountainous terrain and forest cover, only 27% of the land is available for cultivation. Rice is overwhelmingly the major crop of the state, with 91% of cropped areas being sown with rice.2009–10 statistics reveal that potato, sugarcane, mesta, pulses, and jute are other major crops, in terms of production.

 

The seven Sister States also known as "Paradise Unexplored" is a name given to the neighboring states of Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, Nagaland, and Tripura in northeastern India. These states cover an area of about 250,000 km2 or about seven (7) percent of India's total area. These are the most famous places to travel for tourists every year to enjoy different cultures, religions, and even languages.
