TV show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai’s current t track shows that Kartik is unable to handle Naira's success and that has led to cracks in their relationship. In the last teaser, we saw how Kartik accuses Naira of having a one-night stand with Mihir. It was reported that the show may see a 5-year leap, but no official confirmation on the same is out yet.

According to the report, Udaan actress Minal Mogam will soon join the star cast of the show.  Apparently, she will be seen playing the role of Mihir Kapoor's (Khushwant Walia) girlfriend in the series. Minal Mogam's character is that of a strong woman who is a lawyer by profession. In the show, we saw how Mihir keeps talking to his girlfriend, but her face was never shown.
