Now, amidst all this, Ujjain municipal corporation Kamishra has issued a strange decree. According to his new order, employees who do not get vaccinated will not be paid salary for the month of May. At the same time, the decree says that the salaries of those who have got a single dose will not be withheld. The employees have also been surprised ever since the commissioner's order came. According to reports, out of about 1600 municipal employees in the district, only 70% of the employees have been vaccinated so far. In view of this, the Commissioner had to issue this order. Municipal Commissioner Kshitij Singhal said, "The state and central governments had ordered vaccination in the second phase by treating corporation employees as front line workers, but municipal employees and officials are negligent in getting the vaccine done. In view of the negligence of the employees, it has been ordered that the salary of such people for the month of May be withheld".
